Simple Chicken Caesar Salad

The best kind of meals are the healthy, tasty ones that you can put together with minimal effort. Our simple chicken caesar salad is one of them! This recipe takes 5 minutes of preparation, zero cooking time and makes 2 servings.

Ingredients

  • 2 heads romaine lettuce 
  • 2 tbsp caesar dressing
  • ½ cup croutons 
  • ½ pre-cooked chicken 
  • ¼ cup shaved parmesan cheese
  • 1 avocado (optional)

Instructions

  • Cut the romaine lettuce into bite-sized chunks, then add to a medium-sized mixing bowl. Add the caesar dressing and croutons to the bowl and stir until combined. Divide the salad mixture equally on two plates.
  • Slice or shred the pre-cooked chicken and place it on top of the salad mixture on each plate. Sprinkle shaved parmesan cheese on top.
  • Note: If you’d like your chicken caesar salad to be heavier, dice the avocado and include it in the salad mix.
