With all those benefits in mind, let’s give pilates a try! Find a quiet spot at the gym, in the park or at home and complete this 10-minute workout for beginners and seniors.
Aim to complete this workout 2-3 times per week. As you become more comfortable with the basics, you can find other beginner/senior routines online or move onto intermediate pilates.
