Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that strengthens muscles and improves balance, flexibility, posture, endurance and more. Pilates also assist with mental health, relaxation and stress reduction.
With all those benefits in mind, let’s give pilates a try! Find a quiet spot at the gym, in the park or at home and complete this 10-minute workout for beginners and seniors.
Aim to complete this workout 2-3 times per week. As you become more comfortable with the basics, you can find other beginner/senior routines online or move onto intermediate pilates.
