Overnight Oats for Breakfast Lovers

Are you a breakfast lover looking for a quick, easy recipe? Introducing…overnight oats!

Overnight oats are an alternative way of preparing oatmeal that doesn’t involve any cooking. Rather than boiling or microwaving, overnight oats are mixed with milk or a dairy-free alternative and left in the fridge, allowing the oats to hydrate.

The best part? There are endless flavour options! You can customize your overnight oats with whichever berries, nuts, seeds, honey, etc. you love most.

This recipe takes 5 minutes of preparation, zero cooking time and makes 1 serving.
