Delicious Beef & Pasta Skillet

Some of the best recipes are the ones that are quick, healthy and delicious. This beef and pasta skillet ticks all those boxes! 

The following recipe takes about 10 minutes of preparation, 20 minutes of cooking time and makes 4-5 servings.

Beef and pasta skillet

Ingredients

  • 1x package ground beef
  • 1x package spiral pasta
  • 1x yellow onion
  • 2x medium-sized zucchini 
  • 2 cups frozen or canned corn 
  • 2x fresh garlic cloves
  • 1x packet beef seasoning (or seasoning of choice) 
  • 1 tbsp canola oil 
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil. Once it’s boiling, add the pasta and cook until done. (Depending on how much pasta you want in your dish, you may add more or less.) 
  2. Slice the zucchini, chop the onion and mince the garlic cloves.
  3. Place canola oil, ground beef, onion, garlic and beef seasoning in a pan/skillet. Cook until beef is brown.
  4. Add zucchini and corn to the beef and mix the contents.
  5. When the pasta is done, drain it and add it to the pan.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Cook beef and pasta mixture in the pan until the zucchini and corn are cooked to your liking. 

You can store beef and pasta skillet in the fridge for several days. Just place it in a sealed container and you’ll have delicious leftovers.
