Ingredients

  • 1 handful of uncooked spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 garlic cloves (sliced)
  • 10-15 frozen shrimp
  • ½ cup cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper
  • ¼ cup parsley leaves (optional)

Instructions

  • Cook the spaghetti in a medium pot of boiling water for 10 minutes (or until al dente). Drain and keep warm.

  • Add the cream and lemon juice to the pan, simmering for 5 minutes.
  • Return the shrimp mixture to the pan, along with the spaghetti. Stir until all ingredients are mixed.
  • Serve on two plates and add salt, pepper and parsley (optional) to taste.
