Blueberry & Honey Smoothie

Get your antioxidant fix and treat your sweet tooth with a blueberry and honey smoothie! This is a great breakfast option and can be easily whipped up when you need a light, healthy snack. 

This recipe takes 5 minutes of preparation and blending, and makes 1 serving.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup natural yogurt (Greek or coconut)
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons oats (optional)
  • Handful of ice to blend

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until thick and creamy. 
  • Pour into a glass and drink up!

Feel free to replace the blueberries with raspberries, strawberries, blackberries or any other fruit you enjoy in your smoothies.
