2-Minute Banana Protein Smoothie

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It kick-starts your metabolism, which helps you burn more calories throughout the day. 

If you aren’t a breakfast person or typically don’t have time to prepare a proper meal, try this 2-minute banana protein smoothie. It’s quick, delicious and healthy! 

Banana protein smoothie

Ingredients 

  • 1 banana 
  • 1 cup milk (dairy milk can be substituted with almond, soy, etc.) 
  • 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon 

Instructions 

  1. Peel the banana. Break it into 3-4 sections and put it in a blender. 
  2. Add 1 cup of milk and 2 tbsp of vanilla protein powder to the blender. 
  3. Blend for 30 seconds or until frothy. 
  4. Poor smoothie mix into a cup and sprinkle 1 tsp ground cinnamon on top.
