15-Minute Full Body Stretching Routine

You may think stretching is only performed by runners or gymnasts, but we all need to stretch on a regular basis to keep our muscles flexible, strong and healthy. We particularly need flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints. Without it, muscles shorten and become tight, putting us at risk for joint pain, strains and muscle damage.
